Our Story

Growing up, Mike Ladd had always dreamed of becoming a business owner. During his teenage years, he juggled two full-time jobs while attending school, setting the stage for his entrepreneurial ambitions. At the age of 18, he decided to turn his dream into reality.

In 2001, Junk Busters & Laddy’s was established, starting with a small SUV and a collection of 'borrowed' tools and supplies from his father's garage. Overcoming the challenges typical of small businesses, Mike persevered. Nearly two decades later, he continues to refine the business and expand its services to cater to the evolving needs of clients.

'We're proudly local and independent,' he says. Unlike franchises, we've built our business from the ground up, and we take great pride in this accomplishment. Building a business from scratch requires true grit and determination. This is more than a business— it's a family-run operation deeply rooted in the community. Our team of dedicated employees, many of whom have been with us for years, exemplify professionalism and hard work. They take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.
